Step 1: Assessment
Meet 1-on-1 with one of our designated staff for your initial assessment. The Armored Athlete assessment is a 360-degree screen assessing mobility, stability, strength, endurance, and movement to formulate your individual physical profile.

Step 2: Program Design
Following your assessment, an individualized program is created for you based on your body's unique training needs and goals. Programs are updated and progressed on a monthly and/or as needed basis depending on the needs and goals of the individual.

Step 3: Coaching
Once your program is created, it is time to get to work. Jump in to our semi-private training where you will be guided step-by-step through your program by your assigned coach while working alongside fellow Armored Athletes.
