HYROX YoungStars is finally coming to the United States! Our YoungStars class is specifically designed for kids 7-15 years old and is a great program to get your kids involved with better health and fitness, helping them develop better movement, strength, speed, and skill in a fun, game like environment. It will also help your child prepare for an official HYROX YoungStars event. Kids can be registered for 1x, 2x, and 3x per week class structure.
