Each athlete possesses their own unique physical characteristics, strengths, weaknesses, and sport demands. Strength and Conditioning sessions are led by an expert member of the Armored Athlete staff in small groups of 4 athletes-to-1 coach to ensure optimal execution of each athlete's individualized programming.
